Increases in gross domestic product decrease working age population deaths in US counties: 2015-2019

In this paper I investigate the link between GDP growth and deaths among working age population. gather economic data at U.S. county level from Bureau of Economic Analysis Labor Statistics, premature Center for Disease Control. Using regression analysis, find a strong statistically significant negative relationship deaths, especially once control other religious factors. My results indicate that 10-percentage point increase in 1 percentage fewer county. literature review suggests more active leisure time, better diet, health care expenditure are potential mechanisms through which impacts deaths. suggest it is possible to save lives stimulation low areas.
